Table Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Should you opt to pay by cheque, payment is due within two calendar weeks of your online booking. If your booking is made in November, payment is due immediately and no later than Tuesday 17th November 2009.
  • Tickets will be sent approximately ten days prior to the event, providing payment has been received.
  • Dietary requirements should be included on the downloadable Guest Names Form.
  • If you have any special access requirements please contact Anna Hartwell on 020 7970 4943.
  • Please note there may be strobe lighting effects at the show.
  • Cancellations will be accepted and monies will be refunded (less 20% administration charge) up to and including Tuesday 8th September 2009. No refunds will be made after this date.
